• Blue corn tacos from Blanco Nino. 
• Revolution Chilli
• Rice
• Avocados
• Salsa
• Sour cream

Cook your rice and season it up with some lime zest, oil and lime juice. 

Make some guacamole by blending or smashing up your avocado and mixing in some salt, oil and a squeeze of lime

Get yourself some salsa or make up a small, zingy batch with red onion, cherry tomatoes, oil and lime

Warm up your Revolution Chilli and have ready with your rice.

Lay everything out in your nicest bowls and crockery before your guests arrive and have some sort of frying pan or griddle ready to heat your tacos on.
