RETHINKING OUR FOOD
Our farm is located at the heart of UCD campus in Dublin.
Using spent coffee grounds collected from around campus we grow our fresh oyster mushrooms in our customised, retrofitted shipping container.
With a science based, data driven approach we aim to find out if this is a sustainable way to grow food here in Ireland.
What started as a budding lockdown business has developed into a multi-faceted project today. Our backgrounds are food and tech but we’re delighted to be now working with the creative minds of students and staff at UCD Innovation Academy as we continue on our journey.
