Our sauces are uniquely delicious. How do we do it? We grow rich, juicy oyster mushrooms sustainably using spent coffee grounds and the results are unique and amazing!

Rather than using soy, our Dublin grown oyster mushrooms form the base of our rich, juicy sauces that are too tasty to be just for vegans.

About Us

What started as a budding lockdown business has developed into a multi-faceted project today. Our backgrounds are food and tech but we’re delighted to be now working with the creative minds of students and staff at UCD Innovation Academy as we continue on our journey.

The Revolution Farm & Kitchen was founded in 2020.
